Once accepted, we coordinate the collection, agreed updates and delivery confirmation.
Who you pay and who delivers
For an accepted managed-delivery booking, K.A. is your contracting point of contact. Your written quote sets out the service, total price, carrier arrangements and terms. Delivery may be fulfilled by an agreed independent courier partner. K.A. manages the customer booking and pays the partner under a separate agreement.
Requests are reviewed before acceptance. We confirm route coverage, vehicle suitability, insurance arrangements and available capacity for each job. Submitting a request or choosing a preferred date does not reserve a vehicle.
Items and handling
Tell us about fragile, heavy or high-value items before requesting a quote. Appropriate packaging, access and loading arrangements must be agreed. We are not currently offering hazardous goods, clinical specimens, controlled medicines, temperature-controlled transport or international deliveries through this standard enquiry service.
