Vehicle and route-based quote

The quote confirms vehicle, handling, waiting time, any extra stops, applicable tax and the total agreed charge. Availability and arrival commitments are confirmed in writing.

How your booking works

For an accepted managed-delivery booking, K.A. is your contracting point of contact. Your written quote sets out the service, total price, carrier arrangements and terms. Delivery may be fulfilled by an agreed independent courier partner. K.A. manages the customer booking and pays the partner under a separate agreement.

Requests are reviewed before acceptance. We confirm route coverage, vehicle suitability, insurance arrangements and available capacity for each job. Submitting a request or choosing a preferred date does not reserve a vehicle.
