We welcome enquiries for scheduled rounds, branch transfers, retail deliveries and overflow capacity. Share a sample route, stops, frequency, goods and required service levels. We use those details to assess a practical pilot and prepare a written proposal.
Your agreement should define collection windows, delivery evidence, failed-delivery handling, escalation contacts, liability, cancellation, payment terms and any approved subcontracting. Expansion follows an agreed review of the pilot.

For an accepted managed-delivery booking, K.A. is your contracting point of contact. Your written quote sets out the service, total price, carrier arrangements and terms. Delivery may be fulfilled by an agreed independent courier partner. K.A. manages the customer booking and pays the partner under a separate agreement.
Requests are reviewed before acceptance. We confirm route coverage, vehicle suitability, insurance arrangements and available capacity for each job. Submitting a request or choosing a preferred date does not reserve a vehicle.
